Navigating through COVID-19

If you are experiencing any cough, cold or other URTI symptoms, please let our front line team know when booking your appointment and upon arrival. This allows us to follow our practice guidelines and ensure the safety and well being of you, our staff and other patients. We thank you for your continued cooperation.

Please continue to wear masks if you are unwell with any respiratory symptoms. You may be asked to wear a mask in the consulting room for the practitioners safety depending on their own health needs.

Flu Vaccines will be available to enrolled patients from 3rd April 2024.

Please contact the practice to find out if you are eligible for a free vaccine.

If you are not eligible for a free vaccine, there is a surcharge.

2024 Covid-19 Vaccinations will be available to enrolled patients from 22nd April 2024.

Please contact reception to book an appointment for either vaccine.

Need a repeat prescription?

Make sure to include in your message the medications you require, which pharmacy you would like your script sent to and the timeline in which you need the prescription.

We have a routine 48hour turn around policy for prescriptions. If you need your prescription sooner than this please, let us know that is it is urgent in your message.

Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sat: Closed

Sun: Closed

Closed on all Public Holidays.

In the case of an emergency please phone 111.

After Hours & Weekend/ Public Holidays:

Urgent After Hours care is provided by Practice Plus. The service runs from 5.30pm to 10pm on weekdays and 8.00am to 8pm on weekends and Public Holidays.
